This orange pineapple smoothie made with vegan yogurt, frozen pineapple chunks, and orange juice is incredibly refreshing and light tasting. Easy to blend in your high-speed blender or food processor and delightful to enjoy as a refreshing breakfast beverage, after-school snack, or anytime treat.
In a food processor or blender, blend the pineapple, ice, and vegan yogurt together.
Add the orange juice and mix until smooth. Pour and serve immediately.
Give a little taste and add additional liquid sweetener if desired. (Not included in the nutritional information.)
Notes
The serving size for this recipe is a generous 2 cups. You can always get two smaller one-cup servings out of this recipe. Also, this recipe can easily be doubled or tripled for a crowd.I use So Delicious Coconut Sweetened vanilla Yogurt. Use the yogurt you'd like. If the yogurt is not sweetened then you will definitely need to add sweetener. I usually end up adding a little agave or maple syrup for added sweetness - but I like my smoothies nice and sweet. The optional sweeteners are not included in the nutritional information. Adjust as necessary.
