Parmesan Cheese with Cashews (Vegan)

This easy to make vegan parmesan cheese has a big bold cheesy flavor but is made with cashews and nutritional yeast.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cashew nuts raw
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Put all ingredients in a dry high-speed blender.
  2. In short bursts, blend or process a few times until mixture resembles a slightly chunky parmesan cheese.  
  3. Put in sealed container to store.  

Notes
