– 2 lbs baby carrots – ½ teaspoon sea salt – ½ cup brown sugar – 3 Tablespoons vegan butter – parsley or thyme for garnish
1. Spray the inner liner or cooking pan of the slow cooker with cooking spray.
2. Add the carrots to the slow cooker and top the brown sugar, salt, and slices of vegan butter.
3. Cover with the lid and cook on high for four hours. Halfway through, lift the lid and stir around.
4. Garnish with a little fresh parsley or thyme.
