This quick and easy meal is perfect for breakfast or for a snack.  It's vegan and plant-based too.

  • 1 piece bread vegan and plant-based compliant
  • 1/2 avocado
  • salt to taste
  • other toppings optional


  • Find a vegan and plant-based compliant bread.  Toast in the toaster.
  • Mash together with a little salt to taste 1/2 of an avocado.
  • Top with seasoning of your choice.  I like Trader Joe's Everything But the Bagel. Or try my Trail Mix Tofu Crumbles.
