Creamy Chocolate Peppermint Martini, Vegan
Creamy and smooth, this chocolate peppermint martini is a luscious chocolaty holiday treat. It is made with my vegan chocolate liqueur and so is also dairy-free!
- 1.5 ounces chocolate liqueur see notes
- 1.5 ounces oat milk or other palnt milk
- 1.5 ounces peppermint vodka
- 2 candy canes
Crush two candy canes by placing them in a large, heavy-gauge baggie and banging with a rolling pin or another similar device.
Rim your martini glass by first dipping the rim in chocolate and then into the crushed candy cane. Set aside.
To a shaker half-way filled with ice, add the chocolate liqueur, oat milk, and peppermint vodka.
Shake for at one minute, open lid and strain into a martini glass.
