These air fryer croutons are so easy to make in the air fryer! Just use whatever white bread you have on hand. Cube it up, toss with a little olive oil, season, and air fry. Couldn't be easier. Or tastier! Since you choose the bread you use, it's not a challenge to make them vegan. These garlicky easy croutons are perfect to toss in soups, salads, or just for snacking.
Preheat the air fryer to 375° while you are seasoning the bread cubes.
Place the cut pieces of bread into a mixing bowl. Sprinkle in the olive oil, tossing to coat well. Add the seasonings and continue to coat.
Place the cubed bread into the air fryer basket. If it is too overcrowded then it's best to work in batches. They won't be in a single layer BUT should not be so overcrowded that they won't cook evenly. It depends on the capacity of your air fryer basket.
Cook for 375° for about 10 minutes. Shake when halfway through cooking time. The croutons should be crispy and golden.
Let cool and store in an airtight container or serve immediately.
