Notes
I like to chill my alcohol before so that the drink is not watered down when poured over ice.The simple syrup recipe is for one cocktail. To make enough for 4-6 cocktails:
4 sprigs of rosemary
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup orange juice
3/4 cup lemon juice
4 teaspoons orange zest (1 Tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon)
The left-over simple syrup should keep for about three weeks, tightly covered in the refrigerator.
