1¾teaspoonsrapid rise bread machine yeast
Instructions
Place the ingredients in the bread machine in the order given OR in the order your bread maker manufacturer recommends.
Set your bread machine to white bread, medium loaf (1 1/2 lbs.), and medium crust (doneness/brown). The bread machine will go through the process till finished. My bread machine takes 3 hours and 25 minutes to go through the process. Your machine might be different.
Remove from the bread machine. While there is nothing like fresh hot bread slathered with vegan butter, it will slice better into sandwich bread once cooled.
Notes
I use the Cuisinart Compact Bread Maker.This recipe has been developed using bread flour which I recommend. You can sub in all-purpose flour using the same measurements.This recipe has been developed using rapid-rise or quick-rise bread machine yeast and is recommended. If you active dry yeast then increase the measurement to 2 and 1/4 teaspoons.I am calculating 8 slices of bread for this recipe. These will be rather large serving sizes. Please adjust the nutritional information if your serving size is less.
