– ½ cup coconut cream
– ¾ cup oat milk
– ¼ cup orange juice concentrate the frozen kind – do not dilute
– 3½ Tablespoons instant vanilla pudding
– 2 Tablespoons sugar
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1. Skim one-half cup of coconut cream from the top of a can of coconut milk. I used full-fat coconut milk for a richer flavor and texture I add and mix directly into a 2-cup measuring cup.
5. If the finished product is dry, powdery, or has little frozen balls on top, your freezer might have been too cold. Reprocess using the "re-spin" setting.
