2. Add all ingredients except for the chocolate chips to a blender. Add the oats, brown sugar, oat milk, vegan yogurt, vanilla extract, baking powder, a pinch of salt, and sweetener to the blender.
6. Bake for 15-20 minutes. It should be baked on top but the center will be a little bit soft – it won't be as firm as if you were making a cake. The center is much softer when baked for 15 minutes – and I prefer it that way. 20 minutes makes it more cake-like.
