These fresh fruit popsicles are as tasty as they are beautiful! Layered with watermelon, coconut milk, and kiwi, they are fun and easy to make, delicious, and even kid-approved!

They are made with monk fruit sweetener for a lighter frozen treat with fewer calories.

1. Juice one lemon. You will need two Tablespoons. Set it aside. Take out the seeds from your watermelon if it isn't seedless.

PREP THE FRUIT

2. Add the seedless watermelon, lemon juice, and two Tablespoons of the monk fruit to a blender. Blend until well pureed.

COMBINE & BLEND

3. Carefully pour the blended watermelon into ten popsicle molds. Fill each about two-thirds of the way full.
